Discretionary Trusts and IHT Planning for clients. Has strong belief in client’s rights and the importance of asserting them. Recent cases: cases have included acting for insurance company in connection with regulatory breaches and financial advisors in connection with alleged infringements of Financial Services Authority Regulations. Successful representation of business in connection with substantial claim brought by Revenue. Formation of dental partnerships, General Medical (GP) practices. Purchase of Chiropractice. Formation of On-line businesses.
