Shimonov & Co., founded in 1993, is the leading and most active law firm in Israel in capital markets and securities, and also one of Israel’s premier boutique law firms. Foreign companies in Israel: Shimonov & Co. uniquely specializes in the representation of foreign companies seeking to offer securities to the Israeli public. The firm has a dedicated department that engages solely in the representation of foreign companies that have offered and are currently offering securities to the public in Israel.
