Christian B. Prophet-Rannow advises on commercial law in general and on construction law, public procurement law, contract law and resolution of commercial disputes in particular.

He has advised companies for more than 10 years on matters regarding construction law and public procurement law. Christian assists in negotiations and drafts contracts.

Christian B. Prophet-Rannow has conducted several complaint cases before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.

Christian B. Prophet-Rannow has extensive teaching experience. He has taught at the University of Copenhagen since 2011. He has taught the courses “Law of Contracts and Private International Law” and “Law of Property” and he has significant teaching experience from courses dedicated to companies in the construction industry.
