Ioana Racoti, Senior Partner and founder of ZRP, is a leading corporate finance lawyer, assisting financial institutions and borrowers in complex loan transactions, syndicated facilities, creation and perfection of guarantees and securities, project finance. Ioana also specializes in all aspects of corporate law and capital markets, including transactions on the capital market, public offerings, company listing and de-listing, private placements.
