Position

Partner. Nina Ringen is an experienced adviser and throughout her career, she has advised many foreign and domestic clients on establishing, commercialising and enforcing IP rights. She also advises on transactional matters pertaining to IP and handles a wide range of issues and questions relating to marketing law, including regulatory compliance and clearance of companies.
During the last couple of years, Nina has advised large classified companies in connection with drafting and implementing their global trademark and design strategies. Nina regularly speaks at seminars and training courses on IP law and related matters, and she is a permanent rapporteur to the World Trademark Review.

Career

Nina joined Lundgrens as partner in 2013. Before that she worked with Plesner (2009-2012), Kromann Reumert (2005-2009) and the Danish Ministry of Justice as Head of Section (2000-2005).

Lundgrens has a broad IP practice that is 'diligent', 'courageous' and 'open', and 'works as a real team'. Group co-head Jakob Krag Nielsen is an expert in contentious matters and recently handled multiple patent infringement cases a global pharmaceutical company; while fellow co-head Nina Ringen focuses on soft IP issues and assisted Perkins+Will with the IP aspects of its acquisition of Schmidt Hammer Lassen. Other noteworthy names include director Søren Danelund Reipurth, who represented Ilse Jacobsen in several copyright infringement claims relating to its wellington boots; and director Rasmus Vang, who specialises in IP litigation.
