Dispute resolution: the group handles a wide range of disputes and arbitration within commercial real estate, HR insurance law, public law, tax law, and criminal tax law.

EU and competition: the group has strong international focus and expertise in advising international companies operating in Denmark with respect to all aspects of competition and EU law.

Employment: the group provides legal services on all aspects concerning the relationship between employers and employees.

Environment: the group advises municipalities, other public authorities, and private and public businesses on all fields of environmental law, and on general administrative law and municipal law issues.

Information technology: the group advises on all aspects of IT law and outsourcing, including software licensing, open source, IT due diligence, data privacy, and data protection.

Insolvency and restructuring: the group is specialised in restructuring proceedings, acts as a trustee in bankruptcy proceedings and advises clients in avoidance proceedings.

Insurance: the group advises a wide range of Danish and international insurance companies on all aspects of insurance law, including professional liability, directors’ liability, accountants’ liability, attorneys’ liability, financial institutions’ liability, and regulatory and compliance.

Intellectual property: the group advises on all IP matters acting for both Danish and foreign clients assisting on establishing, commercialising and enforcing IP rights, including negotiation and preparation of all types of IP contracts, handling all types of conflicts pertaining to IP or rules on marketing practices, as well as matters before administrative complaints boards in Denmark and in the EU. Lundgrens continues to strengthen its IP and litigation practice group with the addition of two new attorneys: Rasmus Vang and Søren Danelund Reipurth.

Public law: the group advises public bodies such as the City of Copenhagen and the capital region of Denmark as well as private undertakings on public tender procedures. The group is particularly renowned for its ability to handle complex matters such as public-private innovation projects (OPI).

Real estate and construction: the group advises on all aspects of real estate matters, including real estate transactions, due diligence construction, landlord and tenant matters and disputes, real estate funding and finance.

Tax: the group focuses on tax advice in connection with M&A and real estate transactions and structuring, pension fund investments, private equity transactions, litigation of tax and VAT cases, and tax criminal cases.
