Particular interest in cases involving complex financial losses including loss of business. Recent cases include Dixon v Were, reported case with value of £4m, involving complex issues relating to loss of a chance and future losses in a brain injury case; Wood v Woulfe – a serious orthopaedic injury to a breadwinner; and Kelly v Tanburghs and the MIB – a high value brain injury case involving parallel professional negligence and personal injury claims.
