Position
?Pamela’s practice focuses on murder, serious sexual offences, ?grave offences of violence, large-scale drug trafficking and fraud. She also has expertise in organised crime, proceeds of crime and confiscation. She has a large client following and connections with Release (a drug organisation), who regularly refer cases to her, along with several city law firms. Pam has experience in representing individuals in a wide range of high-value, complex and financially related investigations ranging from MTIC frauds, ‘Ponzi’ fraud and advising one of the suspects in a large-scale investigation involving mortgage fraud. Recent cases of note include R v M, which involved death by single blow (issues relating to extradition, causation and self-defence), and R v MC, involving the attempted murder of the defendant’s mother. Mental health issues were present on both sides.
