Operations Division: The transactional and litigation activities of the Operations Division cover industrial and commercial activities and more generally clients’ operations (sourcing, sales, promotions, concessions and public procurement contracts) and the defence and optimisation of their immaterial assets.
Firm partner, Frank Valentin has developed significant years of experience in trademark and copyright crises litigation, particularly relating to the internet and motion picture sectors. He advises major web content and service providers, including several US studios. He also manages complex patent litigation for major players in various industries, but particularly in the entertainment and pharmaceutical sectors. He regularly publishes articles on intellectual property and information technology issues and teaches IP/IT litigation to post-graduate students at Paris-XI University (under the supervision of Pr. Sirinelli). Furthermore, Frank Valentin is a certified Bar specialist in Intellectual Property.
