Head of corporate in Sheffield (as well as office lead partner). Handles all types of corporate work, including M&A, MBOs, MBIs, fundings, reorganisations, JVs and shareholder arrangements. General adviser to the likes of Sheffield Forgemasters International, GRI Group and Independent Forgings & Alloys. Recent deals include sale of Jennica to NXP (Holland); sale of Franke keg division to Close Brewery Rentals; purchase of Libra Speciality Chemicals for GRI Group; sale of Amalgamated Construction to Renew Holdings plc, acting for Endless and management; and acting for management in the acquisition of the Endless interests in Amco Drilling and Amco Developments.
