Position
Craig specialises in M&A and private equity transactions covering all forms of corporate acquisitions and disposals, equity investments and joint ventures. Craig has national experience of private equity related transactions, acting regularly to institutional investors and management teams and has also acted on several major corporate transactions for listed PLCs. Craig additionally holds the corporate finance qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and ‘Chambers & Partners’ 2010 recommends Craig as ‘an exceptional young partner, who wins market applause for his broad-ranging capabilities’. Clients include Bibby Distribution, Downing Group, the Stobart Group, Secured Mail Group, MJ Quinn Holdings and Fishawack, and recent deals include acting for Stobart Group on its £30m acquisition of 50% of AW Jenkinson Biomass Ltd, representing Biofortuna in connection with securing new equity investment from EV and Catapult, and acting for Bibby Distribution on its acquisition of TM Logistics.
