Agency Tria Robit, founded in 1991 is one of the largest IP firms in Latvia and represents clients directly for the OHIM and the EPO. The firm prepares, files and prosecutes European patent applications filed under the European Patent Convention (EPC) with the EPO and validates the granted European patents in the Baltic States: Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
The office in Moscow efficiently handles pre-filing trademark searches and analysis for registration availability, filing of national trademark applications, renewal as well as provisional refusals and oppositions regarding international registrations governed by the Madrid Agreement and Madrid Protocol in Russia and CIS countries. The office prepares, files and prosecutes Eurasian patents with the Eurasian Patent Office and also provides national patent filing and prosecution in CIS countries.
