Shlomo Landress, a partner at APM & Co., has extensive experience in the representation of international and domestic public and private companies in a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and commercial agreements. Mr. Landress regularly counsels publicly traded Israeli companies listed in Israel and in the United States. He also advises entrepreneurs, venture capital funds, and technology companies in investment transactions and on ongoing matters.
