Asaf Biger is a partner in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.

Career

Mr. Asaf Biger Joined the firm in 2004. As a seasoned trial lawyer, Mr. Biger routinely appears before a wide range of courts and arbitration tribunals, in Israel and abroad. He has particular expertise in handling complex litigation, cross-border litigation and crisis management cases. The following are some of the cases he has led: • Defending a leading contractor against a NIS 200 million claim. • Defending directors in a publicly traded company against a derivative claim in the amount of NIS 116 million. • Representation of foreign companies in ICC arbitration in London to the sum of €20 million. • Representation of a nationwide education network against affiliated foreign organizations regarding claims to the sum of NIS 20 million and ownership of intellectual property. • Defending an international drug manufacturer against claims to the sum of NIS 30 million, for alleged product liability concerning a drug distributed globally. • Representing a local distributor in a NIS 20 million claim against a multinational manufacturer of consumer products. Mr. Biger frequently lectures in different forums, including running seminars at the Israel Bar Association and the Israel Manufactures Association. From 2002 to 2004 Mr. Biger served as honorary legal counsel for the Israel Chamber Music Orchestra. Prior to joining APM & Co., Mr. Biger founded and managed the Tel Aviv Branch of Zell, Goldberg & Co. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Biger interned and worked as an attorney at S. Horowitz & Co.
