Possessing profound knowledge of regional legislation and practical business experience, Sergey represents clients in negotiations with government authorities at all levels, including antimonopoly and law enforcement agencies. He has worked on matters involving comprehensive issues of employment and corporate law, providing legal support for major international companies in the process of restructuring of human resources. Sergey is also experienced in representing employers in relations with trade unions. Sergey is recognised by leading international legal directories The Legal 500, Chambers Europe, and The Best Lawyers as a highly recommended expert in Corporate / M&A and is also praised by clients for his excellent knowledge of law, openness, personal approach and getting the results. Over the last years Sergey has been constantly mentioned among St. Petersburg’s influential personalities by authoritative business publications, and acted as a guest speaker and expert at main Russian and foreign business forums and events.
