Career
João Caiado Guerreiro’s career includes working in Millennium bcp and being Attorney at Law in J.A. Pinto Ribeiro (1991-1994), Attorney at Law and Partner in Barros, Sobral, G. Gomes (1996-1999); Partner of Caiado Guerreiro & Associados since 1999 and Director of several companies, including Olympus Group, Emparque and Chairman of the Portugal-India Chamber of Commerce. Lecturer of Labour and Commercial Law in the Lisbon University Law School (1991-1994) and Labour Law in the Superior Institute of Languages and Administration (1992-1993). Visiting Lecturer of Real Estate Law at ISCTE University in Lisbon since 2006 and Visiting Lecturer in MBA Course at Fernando Pessoa University (2008). Author of various articles for several newspapers, he has a permanent column in newspaper ‘OJE’. He is author of articles in the German Competition Law Magazine “Wirtschaft und Wettbewerb”, speaker in several, national and international conferences and regular commentator on the Portuguese radio and television namely in SIC, TVI, RTP and ETV between others.
