Mehmet Toral is specialized in corporate and commercial law. He is experienced in supporting clients of all sizes in their financing and M&A projects in Switzerland and abroad. He has worked for private clients, as well as for entrepreneurs, public companies and international groups. Mehmet is familiar with a wide variety of areas of economic activity. Amongst others, he has had the opportunity to advise companies with scientific/technological purposes (clinical research, biotechnologies and computer science), financial companies (banks, wealth managers), trading companies (distributors, commodities traders), and industrial companies (sale and acquisition of factories in Switzerland and abroad). He obtained his law degree from the University of Geneva in 2005. He worked there for several years as research assistant in the private international law department, before going to the University of Cambridge as a Visiting Fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, Cambridge Universtiy, during the 2008-2009 academic year. Mehmet is admitted to practice before all Swiss courts. He speaks and works in English, French and Turkish.
