Recent highlights include representing a subsidiary of the Strauss Group in establishing an equity joint venture with Haier for the distribution of water purification machines in China, and acting for Gadot Biochemical Industries in buying equity shares in a joint venture company from a Chinese partner. The team also advised Viola Private Equity on a $17m investment as part of Matomy Media Group’s combined private placement and share purchase transaction.
