Position

Tomáš Sedláček is a Partner at BBH heading the banking and finance team. During his over 15 years of experience he advised on significant and pioneering transactions, including the first-ever securitization in the Czech Republic, first-ever CRR synthetic securitization, largest corporate bond offering, largest corporate loan in the Czech Republic, creation of EPH – the largest private energy holding in CEE, and many more. In addition, Tomáš has advised financial market executives on issues of financial regulation and represented them in proceedings before the Czech National Bank, including bank licensing and sanction proceedings, among others.
