Position

Andrea Adamcova is a senior lawyer at BBH. Andrea has obtained extensive experience focusing on the areas of banking and finance, M&A, securities and capital markets. Her specialization also includes commercial and corporate law, contractual law and real estate. Andrea has conducted numerous significant financing projects, including the structuring of syndicated, club, bridge and acquisition finance loans in the representation of leading Czech and international institutions in both lending and borrowing transactions, wherein, the value of these transactions exceeded CZK 100 million in each case. Ms. Adamcova has also been involved in a number of issues of participation and debt securities both on domestic and foreign markets. Ms. Adamcova is also a member of the BBH team advising clients in the negotiation of ISDA Master Agreements, EMA/CBA documentation and framework treasury documents, as well as in negotiations regarding the related security structures. Ms. Adamcova has also participated in a number of acquisition and joint-venture transactions (including cross-border transactions) for both domestic and international clients and further advises on the creation of off-shore structures.

Education

Andrea was educated at the Faculty of Law of Charles University (graduated in 2005). In 2004/05, she also studied at the Faculty of Law of Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium where she attended courses in European and international business law.
