Position

Marcel Lustenberger heads the litigation and arbitration team in Zurich. He has over 20 years of experience with complex litigation and international arbitration cases under all relevant procedural court and arbitration rules in Switzerland. His is particularly involved in international commercial disputes in the banking and industrial sectors, protection of shareholders rights and administrative proceedings (FINMA, request for legal assistance etc.).
