Wistrand has a strong practice for contentious matters and professional liability cases; Magnus Forssman also specialises in warranty and indemnity (W&I) insurance issues and advised AIG on its review of transactions relating to the underwriting of W&I insurance for Ironshore. Anne-Marie Pouteaux and Jörgen Eklund jointly lead the practice in Gothenburg and Stockholm respectively.
