Position
Clinical negligence partner leading a team of fee-earners, with responsibility for a number of NHS trusts in Yorkshire; supervision and training of team; provides advice on a wide range of healthcare issues; frequently represents doctors/nurses at inquests; handles all types of clinical negligence claims, particularly sensitive cases and fatal accident claims; represented doctors at the Richard Neale and Kerr/Haslam Inquiries; advises and assists doctors in relation to professional disciplinary investigations by the GMC.
