Position
Partner in the healthcare advisory and litigation department with a broad practice, advising health and social care bodies and healthcare professionals. Work includes advising in relation to mental health issues, medical ethics, including consent and confidentiality and risk management issues, representing clients in the Court of Protection and at inquests and regulatory tribunals, including the GMC, and CST; also has a clinical negligence practice, dealing with a number of claims on behalf of defendants; regularly provides lectures, seminars and other training to clients and others.
