Position
Paul is the partner in charge of the Manchester employment team. He has nearly 15 years’ NHS employment law experience, dealing with contentious and non-contentious matters. He offers practical advice on a wide range of employment issues, including disability discrimination, TUPE, medical staffing concerns and organisational change. In the employment tribunals, Paul manages complex and high-profile claims such as those involving whistleblowing, bullying, harassment and discrimination, including claims by or against executive and non-executive directors. Recent cases include Khan v Heywood and Rochdale PCT [2006] CA IRLR 793; and Eastern & Coastal Kent PCT v Grey (EAT).
