Position
Partner in healthcare litigation and advisory department; specialises in access to care issues, including judicial review challenges, mental health and after care, public enquiries and clinical negligence actions. Advises regularly on funding disputes, clinical governance queries and mental capacity and treatment issues. Also advises on community care policy and implementation of personalisation agenda. Experience of group action litigation costs capping and part of ‘The Lawyer’ nominated Litigation Team in 2004.
