Position
Partner dealing primarily with litigation matters relating to all areas of hospital and general practice, particularly including the provision of advice and assistance to NHS health authorities, trusts and practitioners in medical negligence claims; advice and representation before professional disciplinary and other tribunals, statutory enquiries and inquests; provision of advice and assistance to managers, health service staff and practitioners on all medico-legal aspects of hospital and general practice, including the provision of emergency assistance to include obtaining injunctive relief.
