Mr. Mekki is a Partner with the firm. He is involved primarily in assisting clients with large scale upstream and downstream oil and gas transactions. In addition, he is also actively involved in counseling clients in contentious and noncontentious matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance as well as corporate / commercial practice areas.Mr Mekki has a wealth of experience in a number of Middle Eastern jurisdictions and has been worked on a number of prominent oil and gas transactions.
