Luxembourg independent business law firm Oostvogels Pfister Feyten moves a step forward by changing its name into OPF Partners.

This change of name is effective today and reflects the firm’s evolution since its inception 12 years ago. 

Oostvogels Pfister Feyten is pleased to announce further enhancements to its Tax and VAT practice. Specifically, the firm has recently extended the Luxembourg tax practice to encompass a broader scope of both direct income tax compliance and indirect tax advisory & compliance. To follow is a brief outline of these new services.

Oostvogels Pfister Feyten today announces that Stef Oostvogels has decided to hand over his duties as Managing Partner to Frédéric Feyten, Senior Partner within the firm’s tax practice. Handing over to a successor has been a proactive decision by Stef Oostvogels and, as is common amongst partnerships, it is intended to bring a new dynamic to the firm and its offering to clients, whilst also building on the progress achieved over the years.

Oostvogels Pfister Feyten has once again reinforced its London arm with the appointment of a resident investment funds partner. Harold Parize joins the team from the Luxembourg office and will now be responsible for developing the UK funds practice going forwards. Harold will also play an instrumental part in the overall management and direction of the London office as a whole.

8 October 2008: Oostvogels Pfister Feyten announces that it has added Luxembourg tax capacity to its London office. As part of the move, Chokri Bouzidi joins the firm from NautaDutilh as Principal to build and head up the department.
