Commercial, corporate and M&A

Asters frequently handles cross-border M&A transactions and key partners Armen Khachaturyan, Vadym Samoilenko and Oleksiy Didkovskiy are highly recommended. Oleg Boichuk joined from Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners. The firm assisted JSCB Industrialbank with its merger with Express Bank.

Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners has a small team following the departure to Asters of Oleg Boichuk and others. The 'reliable and responsive' Oksana Ilchenko and Ilona Zekely, who now works mainly from Moscow, remain. Recent highlights include advising a German holding company on its entry into Ukraine.
