Kucukkaya & Sagli Attorney Partnership (KS Avukatlik Ortakligi) is an attorney partnership providing both corporate and tax law practices. K&S Avukatlik Ortakligi is in an alliance with EY Turkey, which makes it possible to form multidisciplinary teams whenever needed.

Due to its strategic alliance with EY Turkey, KS Avukatlik Ortakligi forms part of the international EY Law network which brings together more than 1,700 lawyers advising in 75 jurisdictions across the globe. The tax practice, being a core practice of the firm, is led by Mehmet Küçükkaya and the corporate department is jointly led by Mehmet Küçükkaya and Ahmet Sa?li, both having more than 18 years of experience in tax litigation, tax advisory services and corporate law.

Areas of practice

Tax: KS Avukatlik Ortakligi’s tax practice consists of 20 lawyers specialized in and dealing solely with tax advisory and controversy work. All of the lawyers in the department have masters in tax law. This results in the firm’s employment policy of being very attentive in employing lawyers with special expertise and interest in tax law.

The practice extensively provides tax advisory and tax controversy services to a full range of national and international companies that have a leading role in local and global markets, including numerous multinational companies, financial institutions and banks rating agencies; especially in the real estate, banking, automotive and pharmaceutical industries.

Corporate: the corporate practice is led by Mehmet Küçükkaya and Ahmet Sagli. The corporate practice has 20 lawyers particularly specialized in corporate, commercial, employment and transaction law and protection of personal data, covering all foreign investment aspects.

KS Avukatlik Ortakligi provides legal and transactional advisory services in the area of corporate law, including corporate secretarial services such as drafting of minutes relating to corporate meetings, drafting of documents related to decisions taken in executive organs, general assemblies and similar meetings composed of partners, sending notices for annual and other meetings, realization of capital increases and decreases, liquidations, share transfers, asset transfers, spin-offs, mergers and acquisitions, establishment of joint ventures and due diligence.
