Infrastructure projects

Kimathi & Partners, Corporate Attorneys is advising the project sponsors on the construction, operation and financing of the acquisition of a floating dock to be stationed at the Takoradi Harbour in Ghana. In another significant matter, it is advising Asanko Gold Ghana on the construction of mining and crushing infrastructure, and on a 27km overland conveyor belt to transport the ore to the existing processing facility.
