Position

Katarzyna Petruczenko is a legal adviser and a founding partner at RöHRENSCHEF. She specializes in commercial dispute resolution and has wide experience in construction dispute management, including FIDIC-based contracts, especially in the road and railroad sectors. Her practice also includes assistance with bankruptcy, restructuring, corporate and labor law proceedings. She has also advised international insurers on managing claims in Poland, in particular D&O liability claims.

Career

Katarzyna Petruczenko started her legal career in 2004 working at Dewey Ballantine Grzesiak. Previously she also served an apprenticeship in the press service of the Economic and Commercial Counselor Bureau in the Economic Mission of the Embassy of the Republic of France. During the years 2005-2010 she was a member of the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Practice Group at Wardyński & Partners where she co-created the innovative litigation portal project. In 2010 she joined Marcin Radwan-Röhrenschef and Bartosz Piechota in setting up dispute resolution boutique RöHRENSCHEF.
