Tatiana Grigorieva manages FBK Legal's projects to support tax disputes of major Russian and international companies. Ms. Grigorieva provides legal support to taxpayers during tax inspections and during appeals of decisions based on the results of these inspections. She also represents taxpayers in arbitration courts.
In addition, Tatiana has extensive experience advising companies on the application of tax laws, including the calculation and payment of VAT, profit tax, Russia's Mineral Extraction Tax, excise duties and other statutory payments.
Ms. Grigorieva has experience representing clients before the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation.
Tatiana was named among best tax litigators in Russia by the International Tax Review Magazine (Tax Controversy Leaders). She was personally recommended by World Tax rating.

  • The discovery process in Russia. Will the new era come?

    According to the official statistics of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation (SAC) in 2011, Russian arbitration courts tried 1 675 cases involving foreign parties, 463 court orders of foreign courts were executed. 198 out of the total number of cases related to international commercial transactions, 6 - to administration of Russian legislation on foreign investments. In addition, arbitration courts tried 110 petitions on application of injunctions, filed by foreign parties1.
