Sergey Ermolenko manages projects in the field of antitrust regulation including advice on advertising and antitrust laws, coordination of transactions with the antimonopoly body within the framework of M&A projects, public procurement legal support, including representing clients in disputes at the antimonopoly bodies and courts of arbitration.
He also has experience in providing actual support to different business processes which cover his immediate participation in litigations on a wide range of issues (real estate, corporate disputes, bankruptcy, debt collection), carrying out all the registration actions required by the government authorities as well as support in enforcement proceedings.
Sergey is recommended by The Legal 500 EMEA rating and Kommersant newspaper.

Elena Bokareva is representing Gazprom transgaz Stavropol in a series of disputes brought by a landowner seeking compensation following the building of a gas pipeline. Practice head Alexander Ermolenko and Sergey Ermolenko are experienced in handling cases against regulatory authorities.

FBK Legal is able to draw on its expertise from the dispute resolution and corporate teams in handling complex insolvency matters on the side of the borrower and also acting for creditors in the recovery of debt. Alexander Ermolenko and Natalya Lezhennikova are assisting long-standing client Sberbank with conducting a thorough due diligence and assessment of associated risks relating to indebted companies as well as for the debtor’s subsidiaries. Sergey Ermolenko assisted Central Geological Company with setting up a debt-repayment plan for TNI, an insolvent company acquired by the client.

  • The discovery process in Russia. Will the new era come?

    According to the official statistics of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation (SAC) in 2011, Russian arbitration courts tried 1 675 cases involving foreign parties, 463 court orders of foreign courts were executed. 198 out of the total number of cases related to international commercial transactions, 6 - to administration of Russian legislation on foreign investments. In addition, arbitration courts tried 110 petitions on application of injunctions, filed by foreign parties1.
