Sophie is the managing partner of HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER's Paris office. Sophie specialises in intellectual property with a particular focus on litigation, including dealings with the French customs authorities. Sophie represents clients in disputes involving patents, trademarks, designs and geographical indications, as well as in unfair and misleading advertising and unfair competition cases. She also has extensive experience in employee invention matters and is recognised for her skills in copyright and advisory work. Sophie's clients include large international groups as well as small and medium-sized companies active in various sectors, such as paper, telecoms, mechanics, water treatment, food, clothing, cosmetics, perfumes and press materials. She regularly speaks at the Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle (INPI) and the Ecole Centrale de Paris.
