The firm

The firm was established in 2010 by Lucie Dolanská Bányaiová and Lucie Vožehová as partners and Alena Bányaiová, a former partner in Salans (now Dentons). The firm has grown considerably since then and now has ten lawyers providing legal services in practically all areas of law. The main focus is on corporate and M&A, commercial contracts, commercial litigation, real estate and labour law.

Areas of practice

The firm provides complex legal services in almost all areas of Czech law. The primary focus is on corporate and M&A, commercial contracts, commercial litigation, real estate and labour law. However, the firm also has strong practices in criminal law and bankruptcy and insolvency.

Lucie Dolanská Bányaiová, a partner in the firm, focuses her practice mostly on commercial litigation, contracts, competition and antitrust law, including public tenders and state aid, conflict of laws, intellectual property law and EC law. She has specific sector knowledge of various industries, primarily the IT, telecommunications, insurance and paper industries.

Lucie Vožehová, a partner in the firm, focuses her practice mostly on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial contracts and capital markets. She has specific sector knowledge of various industries, primarily the energy, food and dairy products, and construction industries.

Lucie Oršulová, a partner in the firm, focuses her practice mostly on commercial litigation, contracts, real estate, bankruptcy and insolvency, and criminal law. She has specific sector knowledge of various industries, primarily the energy, food, glass and bijou industries as well as the construction industry.

Alena Bányaiová is a long-standing expert in the areas of construction law, commercial litigation, competition, arbitration and dispute settlement. She has specific sector knowledge of the construction and development industry and IT as well as the foundations and non-profit organisations sector.

Michaela Kmochová concentrates her practice on real estate, labour law and M&A. She has specific sector knowledge of the development industry and IT.

Vladimír Sígl concentrates in his practice on litigation, intellectual property and insolvency.

Zuzana Kulhánková concentrates in her practise on real estate, commercial contracts and civil law.
