Partner Philipp Scheuba is one of the most renowned insurance law experts in Austria in all matters. He regularly deals with major loss issues regarding industrial, construction, energy, IT and food companies for about 20 years. Philipp Scheuba is acting as a legal representative on behalf of a major D&O liability insurance company in connection with the Immofinanz scandal in Austria.
Partner Thomas Boller has established himself as a reliable and highly valued partner of many clients in labour law matters. Apart from his focus on labour law he is very invested in the field of corporate and finance law. One of his focal points is the legal advice and representation of both financial institutions and large and prestigious companies with respect to their financing and granting of securities.
