Position
Eirinikos is Managing Partner both at Platis Bazilescu LLLP, the law practice associated with Ernst&Young in Romania, and Platis-Anastassiadis Law Partnership in Athens.
Career
Eirinikos has an extensive Corporate experience, advising in particular on company acquisitions with cross-border aspects, as well as on post acquisition restructuring. Eirinikos has acted on behalf of clients in negotiations both with commercial counterparts and local authorities. Eirinikos has extensive experience in the field of Capital Markets, and has consolidated his Athens Exchange experience by advising on the introduction of new regulations by the Bucharest Exchange. Eirinikos has been entrusted, along with six prominent businessmen, with the task of organizing a Greek Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and following incorporation, has been appointed as the latter’s legal counsel. Prior to joining the Associated Law Firm of Ernst & Young Romania, Eirinikos worked with Ince & Co. in London.
