Position

Partner with over 15 years' experience advising foreign investors and Bulgarian companies on establishing their business in Bulgaria, business transactions, and their day-to-day activities. He advises on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and share purchases, of which he has in-depth knowledge of the practical aspects and comprehensive approach to identifying problems and providing solutions. Konstantin also has significant dispute resolution experience, focussing on tax litigation and contractual disputes.

Career

Prior to joining Dinova, Rusev & Partners, Konstantin’s worked as a criminology expert at the office of the Prosecutor General of Bulgaria, a corporate lawyer for major insurance companies, senior associate of Arthur Andersen, and legal practice manager at Ernst & Young - AFA Ltd.
