Career

Alina’s main areas of focus are Energy, Corporate M&A and Projects, having been involved in some of the largest and most complex transactions and projects in these fields in Romania. Her substantial experience in the Energy field covers all relevant sectors (including conventional, renewable and nuclear power, oil and gas), legal issues (e.g. mergers and acquisitions, JVs, regulatory, contracts) and clients (e.g. utilities, investment funds, financing parties, equipment suppliers). Alina also has strong expertise in Corporate and M&A transactions, where she has advised clients on complex and sometimes multijurisdictional projects in various sectors, including financial services and telecoms.
