Clients include Black & Decker, Catlin Group the FTSE 250 Lloyd’s insurer, Comland PLC, Janet (UK), Whitehead Mann, Rhodia UK Limited, Actavis, A2 Dominion Group and Sun European Partners LLP. Also experienced in non-contentious construction matters including negotiating building contracts and associated documentation such as performance bonds and guarantees, professional team appointments and warranties.
