Clients include Black & Decker, Catlin Group the FTSE 250 Lloyd’s insurer, Comland PLC (the Thames Valley based property company), Isklar AS (the Norwegian-listed bottled water company), Korn/Ferry International, Rhodia UK Limited, Actavis, A2 Dominion Group and Fairfax Media, the largest media company in Australia, listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Also experienced in non-contentious construction matters including negotiating building contracts and associated documentation such as performance bonds and guarantees, professional team appointments and warranties.
