Position
Partner Henrik Bræmer advises on most legal issues within real estate and construction. A special area of expertise is the establishment of cooperative housing associations. Henrik Bræmer has established more than 250 cooperative housing associations and has wide experience in advising both residents buying the apartment house they are living in as well as the seller. Henrik Bræmer further advises on general commercial law and business leases – including rent determination. He has broad insight into financial products – especially loans in mortgage credit institutions – and has built up close cooperative relations with a range of Danish mortgage providers. Henrik Bræmer also has many years’ experience in handling building projects. He has in-depth knowledge of the real estate business and the building sector, advising owners, building contractors and building technicians in relation to contracts, finance and the possibilities of obtaining government grants.
