Position

Caroline Lund is one of the founding partners of Lund & Co. She was a former partner at Vislie, Ødegaard & Kolrud (now Haavind) and later at Hjort, before she together with Stein Erik Stinessen and Ulf Larsen established Lund & Co in 2007. Lund has also additional experience from the Office of the Attorney General and as deputy Jugde. Lund has been an appointed member of many government law committees.

Lund’s core competency includes advice and litigation in energy, tax and corporate and company law. Furthermore, she has extensive experience in natural resources and property law, as well as mergers and acquisitions of energy companies.

Lund was admitted to the Bar of the Norwegian Supreme Court in 2000, and have since then litigated a number of cases in the Supreme Court.

The team advises municipalities and public sector clients on a wide range of issues; highlights included representing several municipalities against Statnett in property tax litigation and acting for the Haugesund and Hattfjelldal municipalities in the Terra scandal. The group also lobbies on hydro-power and wind power issues.
