Career

Federica Pomero gained her professional experience in corporate and commercial, in particular, acquisitions and disposals, in real estate sector, joint ventures, mergers, demergers and other extraordinary corporate transactions. She has developed a broad experience in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and, other commercial and company agreement. She provided assistance to Italian and foreign clients, including large international groups, in relation to civil and corporate law issues, supporting them in their extraordinary and ordinary activities, including in the management of other companies and branches of the group  as well as in their corporate activities. She has been actively involved, leading and coordinating interdisciplinary teams, in major M&A transactions carried out in Italy in recent years with different kind of clients (public and private, domestic and foreign, industrial, financial, banking, insurance, etc.).

Legance - Avvocati Associati's practice covers acquisitions, mergers, takeovers, shareholder and voting agreements, and joint ventures. Filippo Troisi, who leads the corporate finance department, acted for Banco BPM on the sale of asset management business Aletti Gestielle to Anima Holding; Giorgio Vanzanelli advised Sonatrach on the acquisition of a refinery in Sicily; and Bruno Bartocci acted for GTCR on the Italian law aspects of the acquisition of Albany Molecular Research. Other highly rated practitioners are Gabriele Capecchi, who heads the real estate department and Gian Paolo Tagariello, who is particularly focused on the insurance, banking and financial sectors, along with Alberto Giampieri, Giovanni Nardulli,  Andrea Fedi and Cecilia Carrara. Federica Pomero was promoted to the partnership in 2019.
