Career

Gian Paolo Tagariello assists private and listed companies as well as private equity firms in M&A, joint ventures and other corporate transactions and reorganizations. He is particularly specialized in the insurance, banking and financial industries where he ensures a global approach dealing also with regulatory issues on a day-to-day basis. He handles the drafting of corporate agreements and legal opinions; and, when appointed, he is arbitrator for commercial litigation and corporate secretary of the boards of industrial and family groups. He is the head of Insurance Law Department of Legance.
