Giorgio Vanzanelli focuses on capital markets, public and private M&A; in particular, on Equity Capital Markets, financial services regulations and M&A especially concerning listed companies. He advises domestic and foreign investment banks, private and listed companies and private equity funds in IPOs, share capital increases, equity secondary offerings, convertible bonds issues, public tender offers, as well as sophisticated corporate finance transactions concerning listed and non listed equity, securities convertible into equity and equity-linked products. He also assists Italian and foreign listed companies with respect to their compliance with disclosure requirements and corporate governance.

Giorgio Vanzanelli advised Quarantacinque on the launch of a voluntary tender offer for the outstanding shares of CAD IT, which is listed on MTA's Star segment. Legance - Avvocati Associati's practice covers acquisitions, mergers, takeovers, shareholder and voting agreements, and joint ventures. Filippo Troisi, who leads the corporate finance department, acted for Banco BPM on the sale of asset management business Aletti Gestielle to Anima Holding; Giorgio Vanzanelli advised Sonatrach on the acquisition of a refinery in Sicily; and Bruno Bartocci acted for GTCR on the Italian law aspects of the acquisition of Albany Molecular Research.
