Position
Partner in the firm’s dispute resolution division. Qualified and practised as a chartered surveyor for six years before retraining as a solicitor in 2000. He has broad commercial litigation experience, but in light of his dual qualification he is particularly involved in property disputes, including actions for breach of covenant, dilapidations claims, actions for rent and service charge, advice in respect of lease renewals, rent review disputes, disputes arising over easements and other contentious property matters.

Trained at Dawson & Co, London (qualified 2000); then four years at Berwin Leighton Paisner specialising in property litigation; Brachers (Maidstone); joined asb law 2007; partner asb law 2009.

Bryanston School, Blandford, Dorset; obtained First Class Honours degree in Estate Management from Bristol Polytechnic (1990); Graduate Diploma in Law from University of Westminster; College of Law, London (1996).
