Lidings sponsors III Russian M&A Congress in Moscow

On November 22nd Cbonds News Agency will host III Annual Russian M&A Congress in Moscow sponsored by Lidings law firm - leading corporate and M&A legal advisor in Russia.

Congress will traditionally gather together legal M&A advisers, corporate and in-house lawyers as well, as heads of the legal departments of the largest Russian and foreign companies and enterprises, economists, M&A experts, partners and senior associates of national and international law firms.

Lidings' Counsel Sergey Patrakeev together with Senior Associate at Corporate and M&A practice of the firm Vadim Konyushkevich are invited by the congress' organizing committee to take part as experts and participate in a joint discussion of tendencies and expected changes in Russian corporate legislation with other participants of this coming up event.

Sergey Patrakeev and Vadim Konyushkevich have been recently advising several major Chinese car manufacturing companies Lifan Motors and Beijing Automotive Industry Company in the establishment of major joint ventures with Russian companies will share their experience with colleagues revealing peculiarities of legal support of M&A transactions involving foreign companies.
