In other work, Pavle Pensa and Simon Gabrijelcic advised Nova KBM on the first dual listing of Slovenian shares and the team, led by Simon Gabrijelcic, continues to advise the same client on its takeover of a large insurance company. The firm also successfully advised the TUŠ group of companies on its €500m financial restructuring, which involved 23 banks.
